Interview with Iam Tucker, President/CEO of ILSI Engineering

Iam Tucker joins the Company from Integrated Logistical Support Incorporated (ILSI Engineering), a 100% minority-female owned small business, where over the past 15 years she as President/CEO she has steadily grown her family business in employees & revenues. Iam graduated from University of New Orleans, Goldman Sachs 10k Small Business Initiative and Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business Executive Education Program amongst others.  Previously, Iam was a Police Officer with BRPD. She serves on numerous boards & commissions within the city & state. 

Her company continues to provide value added solutions to federal, state, and local public & private sector clients all over the nation and in select locales in South America. Iam’s most audacious goal personally & professionally is to be a beacon and torchbearer of the change that she wishes to see in the world towards greater equity & parity for disadvantaged communities.
