Robert E. Douglas, Ph.D. is a retired Engineering Manager with over 40 years of corporate experience. He has a BS, MBA, MPA and PhD degrees.  He has 28 years of military service (Retired LTC) after serving a tour of active duty in Iraqi Freedom.  He has been very active in Literacy, Dialogue on Race, Toastmasters, B R Rotary and 100 Black men.  Robert combines his military experience with his corporate expertise to engage audiences with inspiring and informative messages in the areas of Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Motivation and Personal Success.
