The concept focuses on the entrepreneurial mindset and skills that enable professionals to overcome obstacles, pursue opportunities and succeed in various settings. The podcast will promote confidence, accountability, resilience, humility, and decisiveness to entrepreneurial listeners through lectures, interviews and talks hosted by Debra Gould. Louis loves serving the Lord. He was raised in the lower ninth ward, and is one of nine children. He is a graduate of St. Augustine High School class of 1980. After graduating from St. Aug, he served six years in the Louisiana Air National Guard where he was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant.  Louis has a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice from Loyola University, and a Master's in Public Administration from Troy State University.  He is also a graduate of the FBI Academy, Quantico Virginia.
He served 26 years on the New Orleans Police Department where he retired as a Police Major in 2008. Louis is a mentor in the public schools through the Silverback Society.  He serves on the Board of Directors for the Volunteers of America SELA and the Advisory Board for the Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Louisiana. He is also the National Lead Owner Operator for McDonald’s Security Team and is on the Board for the National Black McDonald’s Owners. Louis is a member of Franklin Avenue Baptist Church where Reverend Fred Luter Jr is the Senior Pastor.  He is a Licensed Minister, Trustee Board member and Sunday School teacher.
Louis, his wife and daughter are the Owner/Operators of six McDonald's Restaurants located on the Westbank of New Orleans, where they employ over 200 people.

Renthrope, 35, is a native New Orleanian and member of the United Nation of Houma Indians, an indigenous tribal community located in the bayou region of Southern Louisiana.  He is CEO of Cajun Fire Brewing Company, the first Black and Native American owned brewing company in the U.S. South, and an internationally recognized brewmaster by trade profession.

Founded by Angelica Harris 10 months ago, it won the Skandalaris Venture Competition 2023, earning a $10K prize. Top Tutors assists predominantly Black organizations and school districts by offering resources for standardized testing. Angelica's own experience with the ACT inspired her to create the platform. Graduating from Washington University in St. Louis with three degrees, including a Master's in Computer Science, she achieved a 32 on the ACT, securing $1.5 million in scholarships and fulfilling her dreams."

Steven Kennedy is the Chief Executive Officer of REO, LLC a real estate development, urban planning and policy consulting company in New Orleans, Louisiana. Steven is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Housing and Economic Development and Post-graduate studies at Tulane University School of Architecture Masters in Sustainable Real Estate Development program. He began his career as an urban planner and economic development specialist working to improve distressed communities.
Steven has developed affordable housing for low to moderate income families in New Orleans. His focus has been on integrating sustainability in his projects. Steven also provides development consulting and urban planning services to third parties. Mayor Latoya Cantrell appointed Steven to the New Orleans Business Alliance in 2018. Steven was also appointed by the New Orleans City Council to serve on the Economic Development Advisory Committee and the Industrial Development Board which mission is to spur economic development for the city of New Orleans approving over $1 Billion Dollars in various real estate development projects.
