There she oversees a staff of 18 full-time and part-time employees.  Ms. Chambliss received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and her Masters of Business Administration from Texas Southern University. Essence Banks is a heart disease survivor, supporter advocate of heart health since September 2004. At the age of 30, Essence experienced shortness of breath and heart palpitations during her workouts - she knew something was wrong and after several tests her cardiologist discovered over 90% blockage in 2 arteries. Essence founded Heart N Hands in 2014 to raise awareness and educate girls aged 10-18 about heart health/heart disease prevention.

Lisa is currently enrolled at Tulane University, pursuing her doctorate degree and researching the area of repeated trauma exposure and its effects, with plans to graduate this December.
